Director of Construction
In his role, Rick oversees the entire internal and external construction process for Commence in the state of Florida. With safety standards at the forefront of each project, Rick motivates a team of highly skilled construction and area managers to coordinate and produce beautiful, high-quality homes in the shortest amount of time.
Rick strives to use a balanced approach and willingness to lead by serving. His goal is to push his team to be the best version of themselves and meet their potential, both professionally and personally. His greatest professional accomplishment at Commence was leading an Ocala Division that decreased build times from over 200 days to 120.
Prior to Commence, Rick’s professional background came from 12 years in the medical industry as both a practice administrator and consultant. He has a passion for growth and being a better version of himself every day.
